CIUDAD MCY.- Ante el embajador de Argentina, Oscar Laborde y su delegación acreditada en Venezuela, el Poder Legislativo de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, aprobó el acuerdo de celebración por el Bicentenario del encuentro entre El Libertador Simón Bolívar y el prócer argentino José de San Martín, quienes tras su histórica entrevista en la ciudad de Guayaquil hace 200 años, consolidó la lucha antiimperialista que dio independencia a las repúblicas de entonces.

El acuerdo aprobado por unanimidad fue entregado al embajador sureño, como sello de la victoria de hace 200 años entre ambos próceres, que hoy se constituye en otra victoria al restablecerse las relaciones bilaterales entre Venezuela y Argentina.

El diplomático argentino, al tomar la palabra después de recibir el acuerdo oficial del parlamento venezolano, dijo que hoy la constante por parte de la oligarquías es del intento de la intriga para hacer creer que aquel abrazo entre los próceres era por desconfianza o deslealtad.

Recordó que así como El Libertador Bolívar fue desterrado de Venezuela en sus años postreros, a San Martín lo condenaron al exilio por tres décadas. “Tenía 30 años sin poder volver. No permitieron que volviera a la Argentina, lo querían condenar al bronce y al recuerdo, no al legado político”, reclamó.

Agradeció a Venezuela por el apoyo irrestricto a los derechos de Argentina en Las Malvinas y la autodeterminación y soberanía. Abogó por el retorno del país al Mercosur, la consolidación de UNASUR y la CELAC. Recordó que con la llegada de Chávez al poder y los gobiernos progresistas en Argentina y otras naciones, América Latina vivió los mejores años en toda la historia del continente, con reducción de la pobreza y la atención a los pueblos.

Dijo el embajador que su presencia en Venezuela como representante de Argentina, es una demostración de las relaciones bilaterales que nunca debieron interrumpirse.

“Intentan dividirnos, nos han dado golpes de Estado, impedido presidencias y elecciones, la repuesta que tenemos que darle es en unidad, respuesta de manera conjunta, simultánea”.

“El mejor homenaje a Bolívar y San Martín, es hacer nosotros lo que tenemos que hacer. Ellos hicieron lo suyo y los honramos y agradecemos porque nos dieron independencia. Hoy tenemos que hacer lo que debemos hacer. ¡Viva la Patria Grande!”, concluyó.
La diputada Blanca Eeckout fue la encargada de presentar el proyecto de acuerdo para registrar el júbilo de dos pueblos y dos gigantes, los héroes próceres de Suramérica que coordinaron la lucha para expulsar al poder imperial español de las tierras suramericanas.

En su intervención, se proyectó un video documental con las palabras del Comandante Hugo Chávez y el presidente argentino Néstor Kirchner, que reforzaron las relaciones de alto nivel y unidad tal como fue el sueño de los libertadores de ambas naciones.

No obstante, posteriormente la llegada de la derecha recalcitrante en Buenos Aires, perturbó esa unidad e integración reconquistada en la década pasada.

“Es un honor celebrar este bicentenario con la presencia del embajador argentino como siempre debió ser entre pueblos hermanos de lucha histórica, para que tuviésemos Patria los americanos, los suramericanos”, dijo Eeckout.

Dijo que con voz de Chávez, Venezuela no solo rindió homenaje al padre Bolívar y nuestros libertadores, sino también a ese héroe inmortal San Martín, General de los ejércitos del Sur que entregó a Bolívar el respaldo absoluto para la lucha antiimperialista de hace 200 años, que hoy es un símbolo del combate que se da todos los días en pleno siglo XXI.

La diputada Carola Chávez, manifestó por su parte, que la reunión entre Bolívar y San Martín fue un símbolo de una nación unida y libre contra los imperialistas que querían arrodillar a los pueblos suramericanos.

«El siglo XXI nos encontró luchando muy juntos por momentos y otras por pedazos, pero luchando. La Patria Grande es lucha de Chávez enarbolando banderas para darnos herramientas y seguir avanzando», acotó sobre las luchas que continuaron mucho después.

Recordó que, tal como ahora, los cipayos de entonces conspiraban contra las repúblicas y los libertadores y la historiografía «oficial» contó una historia mal contada.

«Y 200 años estamos luchando la batalla mas importante, la de liberarnos definitivamente. La Patria Grande es nuestra historia y nuestra herencia. La Patria grande es nuestro destino», concluyó.
