CIUDAD MCY.- Este Jueves Santo los aragüeños cumplieron con la tradición católica de la ruta de los Siete Templos en donde los creyentes transitaron el recorrido como símbolo de la ida de Jesús de Nazaret al Huerto de los Olivos a donde se dirigió para la última cena.

La ruta inició a las 5 de la tarde en la Catedral de Maracay, después de la Misa de la Cena del Señor, donde rezaron y adoraron a Jesucristo.

Asimismo, continuaron por el Santuario de Madre María de San José, la Iglesia Católica Parroquia Nuestra Señora de Lourdes, la Iglesia Católica La Inmaculada Concepción, Iglesia Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, Iglesia Católica Parroquia Sagrado Corazón de Jesús, y culminó en la Iglesia Católica Parroquia San Carlos Borromeo.

Luego del recorrido regresando a la Catedral, donde los presentes se reunieron y se entregaron a la adoración y oración en un ambiente litúrgico, compartiendo su devoción y fe por el Señor Jesucristo.

La secretaria de Desarrollo Económico y Turístico de Aragua, Maritza Mendoza, comentó que “gracias al gobierno de Venezuela con las medidas de bioseguridad podemos, después de dos años de pandemia, realizar la Ruta de los Siete Templos”. En este sentido, agradeció al equipo de TransAragua por brindar las unidades de transporte para este recorrido.

 

El traslado de los feligreses se realizaron con todas las medidas de bioseguridad y con el apoyo de los cuerpos de seguridad del Estado

EMPRENDEDORES PRESENTES DURANTE LA ACTIVIDAD

Dicho peregrinaje contó con la presencia de emprendedores a las afueras de la parroquia, quienes fueron apoyados y convocados por la gobernadora de la entidad Karina Carpio y el alcalde del municipio Girardot Rafael Morales, a participar de esta actividad cultural-religiosa.

Así lo comentó Cris Castillo, miembro de del Consejo Popular de Cultura del municipio Girardot, quien mencionó también que este llamado a los cultores de la región contó con unas pequeñas muestras que incluían las Muñequeras del Milagro y bisutería de la parroquia Andrés Eloy Blanco y de Chocolate proveniente de Madre María.
