CIUDAD MCY.- Con la finalidad de no estar en desventaja, sino que tengan igualdad de condiciones en el ámbito laboral, estudiantil, así como en las comunidades, en los espacios del Consejo Legislativo del estado bolivariano de Aragua se llevó a cabo una consulta pública de la Ley de Atención Integral a las Personas Sordas y Personas con Discapacidad Auditiva.

Esta ley propone un reconocimiento, incorporación e inclusión para las personas con problemas de audición, por lo que en horas de la mañana la gobernadora de la entidad aragüeña, Karina Carpio, junto a diferentes legisladores, concejales, así como personal de Corposalud, Zona Educativa, Ministerio de Educación, Ministerio del Trabajo, entre otros, estuvo escuchando y dando propuestas, así como objeciones y modificaciones para esta nueva ley.

Dicho decreto fue llevado a discusión la semana pasada en la Asamblea Nacional, contando con tres capítulos, 22 artículos y una disposición final, por lo que diferentes diputados se encuentran desplegados en el territorio nacional discutiendo, escuchando e identificado las principales opiniones, aportes y necesidades de las personas de la comunidad para esta ley.

“Buscamos abrir las puertas y hacer todo lo que esté en mis manos como Gobernadora de este estado, para que esta bandera de lucha, el acompañamiento en cada centímetro de este territorio, poder lograr su sueño de ser visibilizados en nuestros espacios educativos, visibilizarlos en el deporte”,  expresó.

Manifestó la Mandataria que espera que el estado Aragua, así como todos los demás del territorio nacional, se conviertan en el epicentro para que se pueda desarrollar, avanzar y expandir el contenido, tocando los corazones y sensibilizándolos.

“Hoy, aquí, en este estado se levanta una bandera de igualdad, de esperanza; salgamos a esas calles a debatir con las herramientas que nos dio el cielo, que nos regaló Dios para recuperar, para traer todos esos espacios que nos merecemos, y que ahora nosotros como legisladores nos comprometemos, nos compete reconocerlos para que sigan avanzando y sigan caminando…”, reflexionó.

Por su parte, José Gregorio Colmenares, diputado de la Asamblea Nacional, agregó que esta propuesta de ley se va a orientar en nuestro estado Aragua en los 18 municipios, dirigidos por los concejos municipales, de mano de la Brigada 256, conformada por todo un equipo legislativo y parlamentario.

De igual forma, con esta ley se busca implementar el reconocimiento pleno de la comunidad sorda venezolana como un grupo lingüístico-cultural con formas particulares de comprensión, interpretación y pensamiento, basadas en una lengua viso-gestual espacial denominada lengua de señas venezolana (LSV), apoyando de igual forma la no discriminación.

Entre las diferentes personalidades presentes en la consulta popular, Yurami Quintero, diputada de la AN y presidenta a la subcomisión de Protección Social Misiones y Grandes Misiones, habló sobre garantizar los derechos fundamentales de la Constitución como salud, educación, trabajo, seguridad social, derecho a la comunicación, accesibilidad a la cultura, deporte y recreación como los principales elementos para las personas con discapacidad auditiva.

“Desde la Asamblea Nacional venimos trabajando en la protección y atención a nuestro pueblo venezolano y en esta oportunidad a las personas con discapacidad; nosotros aprobamos y ya sancionamos, y está promulgada por nuestro presidente Nicolás Maduro la Ley de Atención para las Personas con el Trastorno del Espectro Autista, y en esta oportunidad la Ley de Atención Integral a las Personas Sordas y Personas con Discapacidad Auditiva. Seguimos trabajando, seguimos legislando”, exclamó.

Entre las proposiciones que se escucharon en el foro, muchas fueron ofrecer una propuesta para que la lengua de señas entre en el pensum de estudio como un mecanismo para conocerlo, socializarlo, entenderlo y apoyar a las personas con discapacidad auditiva desde edad temprana.

De igual forma, el concejal Gil Escobar expresó: “Vamos a romper las barreras de comunicación, de silencio”, asegurando que no dejará ningún espacio sin mostrar la ley para poder asegurar como “Misión Cumplida” esta labor. Afirmó además que con la Gobernadora del estado se busca el reverdecer de la comunidad de sordos y el reverdecer de la lengua de señas venezolana.
