CIUDAD MCY Este martes en la sede de TransAragua, ubicada en el municipio Santiago Mariño, se llevó a cabo el acto de entrega de certificación como Operad- or de Transporte Superficial a 18 conductores, quienes contribuirán al fortalecimiento y optimización del transporte público en la entidad.

En este sentido, la gobernadora del estado Aragua, Karina Carpio, en compañía del presidente de TransAragua, Ángel Gutiérrez; la directora de la Escuela de Transporte, Gisela González; el representante del Instituto Nacional de Transporte Terrestre (INTT), Wismer Hernández; y el presidente del Consejo Legislativo del estado bolivariano de Aragua (Cleba), José Arias, hizo entrega de los certificados a 18 personas que, con 174 horas de esfuerzo, práctica y estudio, recibieron con emoción y orgullo este grado con título superior.

Ante esto, la gobernadora Carpio expresó su alegría y satisfacción al observar que entre los operadores se encontraba la presencia de una mujer, la cual simboliza la lucha no solo por aprender todo lo relacionado al tema del manejo y conducción sino también a la mejora en el servicio de trato a los usuarios del transporte público.

“Esto no es solo una capacitación técnica, también es moralizar y brindar esa parte humana que el pueblo necesita. Ellos serán quienes tendrán contacto directo con nuestras comunidades y con esos abuelitos y abuelitas que tanto necesitan de este medio de transporte”, expresó la mandataria regional.

Por su parte, el presidente de TransAragua, Ángel Gutiérrez, comentó que “es un honor para la empresa profesionalizar a estas personas como Operadores de Transporte Superficial, ya que esta es una orientación emanada por el Gobierno nacional desde hace dos años”.

De 25 aspirantes que iniciaron el proceso de formación 18 lograron obtener su certificado como Operadores de Transporte Público Superior Terrestre

INICIA NUEVA CORTE DE FORMACIÓN DE PROFESIONALES

Esta capacitación es en virtud de mejorar y optimizar el servicio de transporte público en la entidad

Gutiérrez explicó que, para este próximo lunes, iniciarán con una nueva corte que consta de 30 aspirantes a operadores, quienes recibirán cuatro semanas de formación y preparación teórica-académica.

“Vamos a seguir trabajando y seguiremos contando con el apoyo tanto del Gobierno regional como del Gobierno nacional para seguir profesionalizando a nuestros Operadores de Transporte Superficial”, aseguró el presidente de TransAragua.

Asimismo, explicó que el Gobierno nacional dio hasta el año que viene para que todos los conductores y operadores de transporte público terrestre se profesionalicen en este tema, tanto en el ámbito público como en el privado.

“Tenemos las puertas abiertas para todas las organizaciones de transporte privado que hacen vida en el Terminal de Maracay, les invitamos a que vengan a nuestras instalaciones y traigan a sus choferes para que el día de mañana contemos con profesionales al volante educados, con conocimiento de sus leyes, con conocimiento de sus unidades y así poderles garantizar la seguridad a cada uno de nuestros usuarios”, señaló el presidente de TransAragua.

TESTIMONIOS DE LOS OPERADORES

Para cada uno los operadores este título no solo los capacitó para estar al volante de un bus con más de 33 puestos, sino que también dentro del proceso de formación les enseñaron a tratar con los usuarios y darles prioridad a aquellas personas que más lo necesiten.

Edgar Velis, Operador de Transporte Público Superior

Edgar Velis fue uno de los operadores que recibió feliz su certificado y expresó que mediante este curso todos los que participaron en el mismo lograron aprender de manera significativa, haciéndole mucha falta de forma previa debido a que la mayoría de los conductores traen malas costumbres y malos hábitos al manejar y a través de este proceso de formación se logra aprender a mejorar la calidad y a darle un trato respetuoso y eficiente a esos usuarios que confían en el servicio que ellos prestan.

“Invito a todos esos choferes a que vengan y hagan el curso, porque es necesario el mejoramiento para no ser choferes sino operadores con conocimientos en el tema”, expresó Velis.

Por otro lado, un caso emblemático en esta corte fue la presencia de una mujer, quien con esfuerzo y valentía se enfrentó a este reto donde la fuerza femenina poco se ve.

Wendy Landaeta, Operadora de Transporte Superficial

Wendy Landaeta demostró que con constancia, esfuerzo y dedicación los objetivos que cada quien se proponga se pueden lograr. “Este es un honor y un orgullo siendo la única mujer aquí, me siento orgullosa de la empresa, de mi trabajo y estoy aquí en pie de lucha y feliz por todo el servicio que le presto a la ciudadanía en general aquí en Aragua y otros estados”, expresó la conductora de transporte público.

Es por esto que Landaeta instó a todas esas mujeres temerosas de querer iniciar en este trabajo a que se arriesguen y luchen por lograr sus objetivos, “mujeres vamos que si se puede, hoy soy yo pero mañana puedes ser tu”, finalizó.
