CIUDAD MCY.- El presidente de Argentina, Alberto Fernández, resaltó este jueves la importancia del gasoducto Presidente Néstor Kirchner enclavado en la localidad de Doblas, región de la Pampa.

“Esta es una obra central para el futuro de la Argentina que nos va a garantizar contar con el gas que todo este tiempo tuvimos que importar perdiendo divisas y recursos que podremos utilizar en la producción y el trabajo, que es lo que más nos importa”, resaltó Fernández.

El mandatario estuvo presente en la puesta en marcha de un sistema automatizado de soldadura de última generación, que por primera vez se usa en la nación latinoamericana.

Este sistema permitirá, según los expertos, que la obra alcance los niveles de productividad necesarios para cumplir con el proyecto.

Fernández ponderó también la importancia de la inversión de los empresarios argentinos para introducir esta tecnología con vistas a que finalice a mediados de 2023, y el gasoducto continúe camino a Santa Fe y desde ahí el gas sea llevado al norte del país y a Brasil.

La nueva herramienta viene de los Estados Unidos (EE.UU.), garantiza un nivel de producción y calidad constante y será utilizado en los tramos uno y dos del proyecto, los más extensos del mismo.

El Gasoducto Presidente Néstor Kirchner es la principal obra energética puesta en marca en Argentina en los últimos 40 años y permitirá ampliar la capacidad del sistema de transporte de gas natural en un 25 por ciento desde Vaca Muerta.

Con una extensión total de 573 kilómetros, permitirá ahorrar más de 2.900 millones de dólares cada año y generará 10.000 puestos de trabajos directos y otros 40.000 indirectos entre la construcción y la mayor producción programada para Vaca Muerta.
