El juzgado n° 10 de Valencia ordenó ocho meses de prisión por los hechos

Ciudad MCY.- El Juzgado de Instrucción nº 10 de Valencia, en España, condenó este lunes a ocho meses de prisión a los tres aficionados de fútbol que realizaron insultos racistas contra el jugador del Real Madrid, Vinícius Jr.

De acuerdo con la información suministrada por el Real Madrid a través de un comunicado en su cuenta de la red social X (antiguo Twitter), los jóvenes fueron juzgados por un delito contra la integridad moral con agravante de odio.

Estos insultos racistas ocurrieron el pasado 21 de mayo de 2023 en el estadio de Mestalla, cuando el Real Madrid disputaba un partido de Liga contra el Valencia C.F.

“El Juzgado de Instrucción nº 10 de Valencia ha dictado hoy lunes, 10 de junio de 2024, sentencia condenatoria en conformidad contra los tres jóvenes acusados de increpar, con gritos y gestos racistas, a nuestro jugador Vinicius Junior en el partido de Liga que se celebró el 21 de mayo de 2023 en el estadio de Mestalla entre el Valencia C. F. y el Real Madrid C. F.”, dijo el club.

Además de los ocho meses de prisión también se les ha prohibido ingresar a cualquiera de los estadios de fútbol de España por un período de dos años para evitar que cometan estos mismos actos.

El Real Madrid notificó que los acusados enviaron una carta a Vinícius Jr. en la que se disculpan por lo ocurrido y expresaron su total arrepentimiento por los hechos.

“Los tres acusados han aceptado su responsabilidad penal y han hecho pública una carta de disculpas dirigida a nuestro jugador Vinicius Junior, al Real Madrid C. F. y al resto de personas que se sintieron denigradas y ofendidas con su comportamiento”, agrega el texto.

“Esta es la primera condena por hechos de esta naturaleza que dictan los juzgados y tribunales penales”, concluye el escrito.
